About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives that deliver customer and business value. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, user empathy, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders. The Product Manager ensures the product meets market needs, aligns with company goals, and is delivered with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a product roadmap based on customer needs, data insights, and strategic priorities.

Product Planning & Execution

  • Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize the backlog using data-driven frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW).

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time and with quality.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and eventual sunset.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to gather input and enable successful product rollouts.

  • Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure smooth communication of updates, roadmaps, and decisions.

  • Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Use analytics tools to validate hypotheses, understand user behavior, and drive decisions.

  • Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize features and user experience.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Understand customer pains and needs through discovery sessions, feedback loops, and analytics.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations.

  • Translate customer problems into actionable product solutions.
