About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, and sales—to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, creativity, and execution skills to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Translate insights into product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Monitor and measure product performance through data analysis and KPIs.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure effective product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and sunsetting.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring user-centric decisions.
- Balance technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value when prioritizing features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in product management (experience in SaaS, tech, or digital platforms is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and modern product development processes.
- Proven ability to define product vision, develop roadmaps, and execute successfully.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Technical literacy — able to understand APIs, software systems, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
- UX/UI understanding and ability to work closely with design teams.
