About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on project outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Track project performance using key metrics and report progress to management.
  • Lead meetings, prepare project documentation, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support continuous process improvements in project management practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience managing projects in [industry—e.g., SaaS, tech, construction, etc.].
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
