Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying and attracting talent to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with people, understands the importance of cultural fit, and can deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.

  • Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).

  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates skills and fit.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records.

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.

  • Provide hiring recommendations and assist with offer negotiations.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR databases.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking sites.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for specific industries (e.g., tech, sales, finance, healthcare).

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, or similar platforms.

  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
